How to Get a Woman Into Bed

If you want to seduce a woman, the best sex tips focus on her head. Try these 7 ways to turn her on before you even touch her and you'll get her between the sheets in no time flat.

You may be a leg man—or a breast guy—so there’s a pretty good chance you’re ignoring the sexiest female organ of all: her brain. “Many guys crash and burn in their quest to be a great lover because they forgot that the most important part of her body is her mind,” says Reef Karim, MD, author of Why Does She Do That? Why Does He Do That? and the director of The Control Center, a sex, drugs, and relationship treatment center in Beverly Hills. Follow his advice on stroking her head, so her body will naturally follow you into bed.
Be patient. When you have a new girl’s attention and you’re working to close the deal, don’t rev your engines prematurely. “You don’t want to come across like a predator,” says Dr. Karim. “No girl wants to hook up with a creeper.” To avoid that vibe, don’t stare too much—particularly at her lady parts—don’t be too touchy-feely, or get too physical too soon. “When a woman is worried you could hurt her, it’s over. So much of her enjoyment is about feeling safe.”
Think about ambience. Girls instinctually appreciate that candles and mood lighting are romantic. That’s probably not your own natural instinct, but it’s an easy angle that steers girls in a sexy direction. “Guys don’t care if candles are lit or not,” says Dr. Karim. “We don’t care if it’s dark and we can’t see or if all the lights are on.” But girls may be more insecure about their bodies, so setting the lighting so that it’s dim enough that she doesn’t have to be overly self-conscious will up your odds of a steamy night.
Play to her sense of smell. A pleasant aroma—mixed with a cocktail of pheromones—goes a long way toward turning everyone on, since your olfactory sense is the strongest. “Incense and natural smells are always better than cheesy cologne,” says Dr. Karim. “Drakkar Noir is now a repellent like mosquito spray.” Individual smell preferences differ from woman to woman, so impress her even more by asking if she prefers the scent of sandalwood, roses—or a garlicky tomato sauce instead. “A little research into what she likes can go a long way in the bedroom.”
Turn on some tunes. The music needs to go with the theme of the night, but it shouldn't be too distracting. The focus should be on you and her, not your own personal playlist. “Death metal may turn you on, but it doesn't turn on many women,” says Dr. Karim. “I think music is less specific than smells. You can throw on some Sade or Barry White, and at the worst she’ll think it’s cheesy, but at least it’s not a distractor. There is certain music that goes with a little bit of romance, but other music is a turnoff.” And again, asking her what she likes to listen to is a surefire way to impress.
Find common ground. Before you launch into your come-back-to-my-place lines, talk about shared moments from the night you’ve shared. “For women, it’s all about mood and timing, and sex talk too early is a big risk,” says Dr. Karim. So much of the seduction talk is a dance. “You meet a woman in a bar, and she knows it could go somewhere—and so do you—so roll with it. Eventually you will get her back to your place, but don’t talk about it. If you tell her she should see your bed, it looks like you’re predetermined, and for a woman, that usually ruins it.”
Be confident—not egomaniacal. There’s a very fine line between the two. “Confidence is rooted in, ‘I am comfortable with myself and I believe in what I’m doing,’ and being ego-driven is primarily based in insecurity,” says Dr. Karim. “Confidence comes from the inside out, and ego is coming from the outside in.” So don’t brag about your sweet wheels or that you’re tight with a hot-shot club promoter, let the cool things about you leak out more subtly. A guy with humility is far sexier to a woman than a show-off. “The guys who are most comfortable in their own skin get the most women. A six pack doesn't hurt, but it's not necessary.”
Make her laugh. Appealing to a woman’s sense of humor immediately ups your odds of getting her to have sex with you. To wit: Russell Brand is almost frightening to look at, but you can’t argue his success in the sack. Just make sure she's laughing with you and not at you. “Unless clowns are a turn on for her,” says Dr. Karim. But even if you’re being funny, if you come across like you're reciting a guy's pick up manual, you're going to blow it“Be yourself. Unless you're a douche bag. Then pretend you're someone else less douchey.

Cal Crutchlow become the first British rider to win premier-class grand prix since Barry Sheene in 1981!

The Englishman was as low as 15th in the early stages of the wet race, but later benefited from choosing the hard front and hard rear tyres in spectacular fashion.

Valentino Rossi likewise struggled on the hard rear in the early stages before climbing back up the order to second place, with Marc Marquez completing the podium in third.

Ducati riders Andrea Iannone, Andrea Dovizioso and Scott Redding formed the lead group for most of the race. However all three would later suffer problems with the soft front tyre.

like Rossi, Crutchlow and Loris Baz, reigning champion Jorge Lorenzo also struggled early on with the hard wet rear tyre - but then came into the pits just as they were starting to perform better than the soft.

The Spaniard left on his slick bike, but - as Bradley Smith had already found out - the track was too wet and Lorenzo soon returned and got back on his wet bike.

Jack Miller, winner in the wet at Assen, missed his second race in a row due to a hairline fracture of the T6 vertebrae last weekend.

An official test will be held at the circuit on Monday....

Jose Mourinho taunts rivals over Paul Pogba signing

Jose Mourinho taunts rivals over Paul Pogba signing

Jose Mourinho has had another dig at Arsene Wenger and Jurgen Klopp, suggesting they are not at clubs big enough to make a signing like Manchester United's world-record £89m capture of Paul Pogba.
Last Friday United manager Mourinho branded his Arsenal counterpart Wenger and Liverpool boss Klopp "not ethical" after they questioned the fee the Red Devils were reportedly set to splash out on bringing midfielder Pogba back from Juventus.

And following United's announcement in the early hours of Tuesday morning that the Pogba deal was officially done, Mourinho told MUTV: "I know the discussion, I understand that, sometimes in football, things happen and the club breaks the record, but this is only possible at clubs like Man United.
"When I heard some of the comments and heard some of the managers criticising that, I don't think they never have this problem because, to have this problem, you need to be at one of the top clubs in the world. So at Man United it can happen."

While Mourinho feels the "unbelievable" Pogba "has everything", he has stressed it may take time before the 23-year-old France international is fully firing in the United side and has vowed to "protect" him if needed.
"He's a very young player, an unbelievable midfield player with such physicality but, at the same time, such agility, co-ordination, skill. He has everything," the Portuguese said.

"What he has to learn now is how to play with us because I always say that in football you can be a super player, like he is, but a team is a team and you need to learn how to play in the team, and the team needs to learn how to play with you.

"We need to get the best out of him and this will be a process. So if he needs protection, I am here to protect.
"I know some people think that he arrives here now and, the first time he touches the ball, he scores, but I'm here to protect him and give him the best conditions to be what we think he is going to be, which is a football player for Man United, a reference for this club. I'm so happy."
Four years on from leaving for Juve, Pogba has returned to United as one of the biggest stars in the game.

Asked if the player seemed happy to be back in Manchester, Mourinho replied: "I can feel that when I speak with him for the first time. I'm feeling now when I see him at the training ground with people he knows since he was a kid. He doesn't look like a star.
"He looks like a kid who is back to his old school and is finding people that he cares about and people that love him a lot.
"So I believe that, after a couple of days, he will feel like he never left the club. So I think at adaptation level, he's not a new player - he's just a kid back home again."

Mourinho - who has also signed Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Eric Bailly following his appointment as boss in May as he looks to revive United - added that he is "really happy" with his squad.
"It's the first time I've worked with such a number of players because I'm used to working with 20 plus the keepers, and we have in the squad 23 plus the keepers - and even so we had to make decisions and let some players go on loan, and try to sell others," said Mourinho.

"But this group of 23 is a great group and I think in this moment - and I told them this - there is a little bit of frustration for the ones that I have not selected.
"They work hard to be in the match and they aren't, and this is going to happen in the next two or three weeks because we have just one Premier League match.
"But, in September, the Capital One Cup starts, the Europa League starts, we start playing three matches a week and then everybody is involved and the squad is good. The empathy between the guys is really good too, so I'm happy with the squad."

Mourinho is set to let midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger leave as well as a group of other players also not involved in Sunday's Community Shield win over Leicester.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte sold for 'eight footballs and £100' during playing days

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte sold for 'eight footballs and £100' during playing days

Conte was a superb player before starting a managerial career and began at a team called Juventina, which just so happened to be run and owned by his dad.
There was no favouritism though as his father Cosimino often criticised him more than his team-mates.

The tough love paid off for him though and he was signed by Lecce at the age of 13. The midfielder went on to have a successful career lasting 22 years, which included 13 glorious seasons at Juventus.
But Conte has never forgotten how it all started and explained: “My first team was called Juventina. My father was the owner. He was the owner, the coach, the kit man and everything else. He did all the jobs.
“He was the most important player in the club. He was my first master.
“Then, when I was 13, Lecce bought me and one of my team-mates. The transfer fee was eight footballs – and three of them were flat! They were expensive footballs and they also threw in 200,000 lira, which is about £100.
“In that period, my father was very tough – and especially with me. He wouldn't shout at the other kids. He would just shout at me and the other players would ask me why?
“My team-mates would say 'you haven't made a mistake. Why always you?' It was because I was his son.”

Simon Johnson's final dispatch from the USA
Some of his father's methods have rubbed off and Conte can often be heard shouting at his Chelsea players in training and during games.
However, Conte stresses that he doesn't want to destroy the morale of the squad, but is trying to forge a special bond.
He added: “For me, it’s not right to get angry. I always have an intensive relationship with my players, very strong, a great link, great passion with my players.
"Sometimes during the game and training session it can happen that I can shout at them for one situation but then we’re finished. And I shout only to improve the situation.
"When the player understand this sometimes he might be happy because: ‘Oh, the Mister looks at me and wants to help me.’ Despite the shouts.

Antonio Conte: N'Golo Kante is in line to make Chelsea debut

CHELSEA’s new £32 million midfielder N’Golo Kante will make his debut against AC Milan in Minneapolis tomorrow – just a week after joining up with the club in pre-season.

And Chelsea manager Antonio Conte pledged that striker Diego Costa was happy at Chelsea and would be staying at the club – and would also figure tonight.
Chelsea face Milan in their third and final game in the International Champions Cup in the inaugural game in the spectacular new $1 billion US Bank stadium.
Conte will throw France midfielder Kante straight into action, so impressed has he been with the former Leicester star’s physical condition.
The Chelsea manager said: “Kante is in good shape. I found him in very good condition - now he is working on tactical aspects. But he is in good shape, he can certainly play one half or 30 minutes. He is ready.”
Conte on Saturday after Chelsea’s defeat against Real Madrid in Ann Arbor, in stark contrast, had said that he did not know if Costa, who has been chased all summer by his old club Atletico Madrid, would be staying.
Costa had missed the previous two games with a back problem, but Conte said: “Diego is Chelsea’s player, and that is the most important thing. He is very happy to stay with us.
“Diego has recovered from his injury and now he is available. I will decide the formation and the starting 11 later. But he is available and I am happy I can count on him.”
Chelsea have tabled a renewed British record £65m bid for Everton striker Romelu Lukaku, and are also negotiating for £38m Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly.
Conte confirmed that there will be more transfer activity – in and out – before the season starts in two weeks time.
Tonight’s opponents Milan are chasing Chelsea’s Colombian winger Juan Cuadrado. The Serie A club want to secure a loan deal for a year for £8.5m - with a view to a permanent deal for a further £15m next summer.
Coach Vincenzo Montella, who coached Cuadrado at Fiorentina, said: “He’s a player for Chelsea, you are going to have to ask him.”
Conte said: "Cuadrado is a Chelsea player. He's working very hard. Everyone knows what I think about Juan Cuadrado.
"Good players always have interest during the transfer window. He's a Chelsea player now.
"What happens in the future I can't answer for."
Inter Milan have also made a £30m inquiry for Chelsea’s Brazilian midfielder Oscar.

Kurt Zouma is back training for the first time since his knee ligament injury sustained against Manchester United in February.
Conte said: "Zouma is improving a lot and this is good news. But we know that his injury was very bad and for this reason we must respect the time it takes.
"It’s important Zouma takes his time to be sure that when he goes into the team he stays there.
"But for me it’s important to see he’s improving and I’m very happy for the guy because his injury was very bad."

Man United insider talks new signing: He can be the next Robin van Persie

BRYAN ROBSON wants new signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic to be just like Robin van Persie.

Van Persie was 29 when he left Arsenal for Manchester United in 2012 - then he fired his new side to the title.

At 34, Ibrahimovic is five years older but Robson, who still works at United as an ambassador, is hopeful he can have a similar effect.

He told MUTV: “Zlatan is 34 and it would have been nice to get him at 28 or 29, something like that, but the way he played for PSG last year showed he has a lot to offer still and he looks really fit.

“I think back to Sir Alex’s last year when everybody talked about Robin van Persie’s age and his injuries when he joined.

“He won us the title with his goals that season. Hopefully Zlatan can do the same.”
Old Trafford legend Robson also believes the Swede’s arrival could help Wayne Rooney.
He said: “Zlatan will take the pressure off Wayne Rooney as well.

“Every time we’ve had a bad result the excuse is that Wayne didn’t play particularly well.

“The pressure has always been on him to perform and Zlatan will take that away from Wayne a wee bit, so Wayne can relax and enjoy his game.

"Zlatan gave a great interview when the reporter told him that he’d previously described himself as 10 out of 10 and asked how he would rate himself now… Zlatan said 11 out of 10!"
